  • Executive coaching is a good option for leaders who:

    • Need to navigate current or future organizational shifts

    • Need additional support to build new practices into their leadership approach

    • Seek a nonjudgemental, honest space to problem-solve problems or challenges

    Cost: $1,500 for a 3-call package or $2,600 for a 6-call package. Fees are billable.

  • Ideal for 3-10 person teams. Group coaching is great for leadership teams who:

    • Are adopting new practices

    • Are a new team coming together

    • Need to adopt decision-making strategies

    • Need to work thorugh conflict
