We always start with a leader’s desired outcome and build the design of the engagement around those goals.
Some custom engagements are long-term, usually 6+ months, and require adaptive and technical work across the organization or within teams. Others are short term, spanning from 4 weeks to 4 months and are designed to solve specfic problems or achieve identified outcomes.
